Dog Den Products Ltd includes a 5 year manufacturing warranty for each Dog Den.

An outline of the warranty included in the purchase of a Dog Den:

(a) Dog Den Products Ltd warrants all products to be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship under normal use for a lifetime from the date of original purchase;

(b) This warranty covers all parts of the Dog Den, including its main body, door, ventilation vents and locks;

(c) This warranty is exclusive and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description warrantied and outlined here;

(d) The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

1. Dog Den Products Ltd warrants the integrity of the Dog Den for 5 years from the original purchase date;
2. Components included in this warranty: rotomolded base and top, x2 doors including hinges, x2 ventilation windows, x1 middle partition wall, supporting fastening hardware, x2 paddle locks, x2 rubber handles, x4 non-slip feet;
3. To obtain warranty claims, the customer must present original proof of purchase directly to Dog Den Products Ltd and not any retail store, service centre or other 3rd party dealer;
4. The customer should detail in writing a description of the problem and enclose photographic evidence to support their warranty claim. This information should be emailed to info@thedogden.co.uk;
5. If the warranty applies and the product is defective under the terms of this outlined warranty within 5 years of the original purchase date Dog Den Products Ltd shall at no cost to the customer either:
   (a) Repair the identified defect(s);
   (b) Provide the customer with a replacement Dog Den or component;
6. Damaged and or defective products must be returned directly to Dog Den Products Ltd, Battlesea Hall, Battlesea Green, Stradbroke, Eye, Suffolk, IP21 5NE in its original box or adequate packaging, shipping prepaid at the customer’s expense;
7. Dog Den Products Ltd will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all the terms of this warranty statement and has verified the customers claim in writing;
8. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable;

9. This warranty is exclusive and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description outlined here.

This warranty does not apply if the claim is made after 5 years from the date of purchase and/ or if the Dog Den or its components have been:

(a) Damaged through misuse, abuse or neglect;

(b) Damaged in an accident;

(c) Unreasonably used for any purpose for which it was not intended;

(d) Repaired or altered in any way from its original configuration;

(e) Damaged due to any act of nature;

(f) Normal wear and tear, scratches, discolouration, dents, slight warping or fading;

(g) Any loss of parts and/or components removed;

(h) Stolen.

Before you return your Dog Den, please email a picture of the damaged part or component to info@thedogden.co.uk to be approved for warranty cover.
