The Dog Den is designed to provide your dog with a sizeable yet cosy space for them to sit, manoeuvre and lie inside. It has the option of housing 2 small dogs or 1 medium breed.

The total weight of the Dog Den is approx. 24kg, 55lbs. It's weight is attributed to the fact that it is made from double-wall rotomolded plastic to maximise safety, increase durability and regulate your dogs temperature.

The Dog Den allows you to house either 2 small dogs or 1 medium sized dog. The dual door system provides each dog with their own secure compartment, increases ventilation and security, while also giving you flexibility for setup and use.

It doesn't matter whether you decide to place the Dog Den inside the boot of your car or in the back of your pick-up - we ALWAYS recommend safely securing it down.

Don't be fooled by the integrity and weight of the Dog Den. While it's natural weight and non-slip feet will stop it from sliding around the boot of your car when driving it is always safest to anchor the Dog Den to fastening points in your car.

CAR BOOTS: Use 1" tie down straps to fasten internal anchor points in your boot.

PICK-UP'S: Use 2" tie down straps to securely fasten into external anchor points in the back of your truck.

The partition wall is easy to remove/install. Just follow a few steps:

1. Place the Dog Den on the ground
2. Use a screwdriver to unfasten the four base bolts connecting the base to the body of the Den.
3. Lift the body of the Dog Den up to disconnect it from the base.
4. Align and gently slide the partition into the middle insert grooves on the base of the Den to install/remove.
5. Once in place, lift the body onto the base checking that the partition aligns with the insert grooves.
6. Fasten all four bolts to ensure that the base and body are secured and you're all set!

We have found that just by simply replacing an old rattling crate with a more sturdy one you can relieve anxiety for both you and your dog.

With every customer owning a different vehicle make and model and wanting to place the Dog Den in a different area - it is impossible to guarantee that the Dog Den will always fit. Our research has found that the Dog Den will fit in 66% of larger vehicle types however it is always impossible to guarantee that it will fit in everyone.

The best way you can ensure that the Dog Den will fit your vehicle is to consider and measure the space where you wish to secure it.

If there isn't a lot of hair, dirt or sand in the Dog Den, you can easily spray hose the interior and tip it forward to let the water drip through the door ventilation holes.

If you're giving the Dog Den a good scrub, we would recommend removing the base from the top, adding some soap and give it a thorough clean with a soft sponge, mop and a rinse off with a hose. You can then either let it dry naturally or give it a rub down with an old towel ready for your best mate to get snug inside again.

Absolutely. The Dog Den is designed to withstand the outside elements which is why we have used stainless steel hardware.

These things happen. If you have simply misplaced your Dog Den Keys and you are in need of a replacement, you can easily order a new set which will be dispatched next day free of charge.
