Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (such as bad weather or postal strikes). If this happens, we will be in touch to agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you on when you can expect delivery. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is received as soon as possible.

If your item is out of stock, we will directly notify you to ensure that you are aware of a possible delay.

In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays which are out of our control. If your item has not arrived after 15 working days after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us.

Please note that Dog Den Products Ltd has no control over any import duties and taxes which may be levied when the delivery reaches the specified location. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
