We want you to be as happy with your Dog Den as we are. However, if you would like to cancel, return or exchange part or the whole of your order, please do so within 14 days of placing your order.

For returns & exchanges to be accepted you must:

• Provide proof of purchase including your order no. and email address
• Return your order within 14 days from when it was placed
• Ensure that your order is unused, undamaged and in the same condition as it arrived in
• Package your order appropriately using the original packaging provided with all tags and labels attached

Please Note: Delivery and courier costs for all returns & exchanges must be paid for by the customer

If you would like to return or exchange part or the whole of your order, please do so within 14 days of placing your order.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, we will require proof of purchase in the form of the unique order no. provided in your order confirmation. Your order must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition as it arrived in. It must be sent in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Please Note: Delivery and courier costs for all returns & exchanges must be paid for by the customer and we are unable to accept returns on products that are used, damaged or returned outside the 14 day return period.

1. If you wish to return or exchange an order, you can do so by following this link.
2. You must complete your return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. You will have a further 14 days to return your order back to us.
3. Once we have received and inspected your package, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
4. If your refund is approved we will process your refund directly to the original payment card used.
5. For exchanges, we will send out your new item once we have inspected your return.
